A COMPLETE VIEW OF FIRE RISK
A fire risk assessment looks beyond individual doors or components. It considers how a fire could start, who could be affected and whether the building’s existing precautions are appropriate.

The assessment considers the premises, how it is used, the people who may be present and the fire-safety measures already in place. This includes potential sources of ignition and fuel, escape arrangements, fire detection and warning, emergency lighting, fire doors, signage, firefighting equipment and the management procedures supporting them.
Available records and maintenance information are also reviewed where relevant. The completed report sets out the significant findings, identifies areas requiring attention and provides a prioritised action plan to help the Responsible Person manage risk.
Where specialist fire-door work is identified, Doli Contracts can separately provide fire door surveys, fire door maintenance and fire door installation.

The premises is inspected to identify fire hazards, people at risk and the fire precautions currently in place.

The findings are evaluated to determine whether existing measures are appropriate and which actions should take priority.
4. REPORT & PLAN
A written assessment is provided with significant findings, recommended actions, priorities and guidance on review.
